O’Fallon, MO  (KTRS)  One person is dead and four are injured after a fire broke out at a home in St. Charles County.

Firefighters responded to the burning O’Fallon home on Country Life Drive around 1 a.m. Monday. Fire officials say a woman’s body was found inside of the home after firefighters brought the fire under control. Four people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

The victim’s name hasn’t been released.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
