St. Louis, MO (KTRS) A north St. Louis man who shot and killed a teenager accused of breaking into his car is now facing charges.
However, it’s not for the death of the teen. Sixty-year-old Lervurance McDade is charged for being a felon in possession of a weapon. Back in 2013, McDade was sentenced to five years probation on a felony charge in a child support case.
Last month McDade fatally shot 13-year-old Martinez Smith-Payne.
