(KTRS) – The race for US Senate in Missouri is a tight one: a Post-Dispatch poll finds that incumbent Republican Roy Blunt is ahead of Democratic challenger Jason Kander by just 4 points.
Both candidates face challenges in Tuesday’s primary, but are already looking ahead to their anticipated November matchup. The poll also reveals a gender and race gap with Blunt leading among men and whites and Kander holding advantages among women and blacks.
The general election is set for November 8.
