(KTRS) – A Villa Ridge woman is accused of killing her 7-year-old daughter.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s department believes that Patricia Trucks shot her daughter Lillian. Police were called to the family’s home Wednesday went Patricia’s husband told officers he found his wife in an incoherent and his daughter’s body.

The mother is held on a $1 million bond.
