Jefferson City, MO  (KTRS)  Missouri’s most competitive Republican governor’s primary race in two decades is coming to a close Tuesday.

Missouri voters will choose from among four well-funded candidates in the GOP governor’s primary. Republican gubernatorial candidates John Brunner, Eric Greitens, Catherine Hanaway and Peter Kinder had together already spent more than $22 million as of about two weeks before the election.

Not since 1992 has there been a Republican governor’s primary as hotly contested with as many candidates.
