( KTRS ) Officials are predicting a 34 percent turnout of registered voters for next week’s presidential primary.
The estimates range from a projected low of 7 percent turnout in Washington County to a high of 74 percent in Caldwell Country. Missouri is one five states holding primaries Tuesday, along with Florida, Illinois, North Carolina and Ohio.
Missouri’s share of delegates at stake is the smallest among those states.
Candidates so far have not paid a lot of attention to Missouri. But Republican Donald Trump is to campaign Friday in St. Louis. Republican Ted Cruz and Democrat Hillary Clinton are both scheduled to campaign in the St. Louis area on Saturday.
