St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  A man is dead following a shooting in north St. Louis.

Police say the victim was found shot to death around 5 a.m. Monday in the 4900 block of Thrush Avenue. There’s no word on a motive or of any arrests. The victim’s name hasn’t been released.

This brings the St. Louis murder count to at least 30 since the beginning of the year.

Meanwhile, police continue to investigate a murder in north St. Louis over the weekend. Police say a man was fatally shot Saturday night in the 6000 block of Lucille Avenue. The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
