(KTRS) – A St. Louis county man will spend the next 20 years in prison for supplying the heroin to someone who later overdosed.

The victim in this case was the girlfriend of Jerry Harvey’s 17-year-old son. Katherine Culley was found unresponsive in November 2014, the morning after Harvey gave her the heroin.

The judge gave Harvey the maximum 20 year sentence.
