St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  A man is dead after being shot overnight in north St. Louis.

Police say the victim was dropped off at an area hospital early Friday morning, where he later died. The shooting happened around 1:30 in morning in the 3000 block of Walton Place. There’s no word of any arrests. The victim’s name hasn’t been released.

This brings the St. Louis murder count to sixteen so far this year.
