( KTRS ) The Laclede Gas Company has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to adjust the ‘infrastructure system replacement surcharge’ on the bills of its natural gas customers.
The comany says costs for natural gas pipeline replacements and relocations are not currently included in Laclede’s rates. The current IS-RS charge for residential customers of Laclede is $2.37 a month. That price would rise to $2.98 a month under Laclede’s proposal.
The Laclede Gas Company (Laclede Division) provides natural gas service to more than 647,000 customers in the City of St. Louis and surrounding counties. The surcharge first appeared on customer bills in June 2004.
