( KTRS ) Police in the city of Kinloch are searching for a suspect in a Thursday afternoon shooting.

Around 3:20pm officers responded to a call of shots fired near the area of Monroe and Granberry. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located a deceased male in the front passenger seat of a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The case is under investigation by the St. Louis County Bureau of Crimes Against Persons.

The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
