St. Louis County, MO  (KTRS)  Police say a north county woman who claimed she and her baby were kidnapped left town on her own.

An AMBER Alert was issued last night for 23-year-old Diana Berrios-Pimentel and 1-year-old Dyland Rosa. Police say Pimentel claims she sent fake text messages of the kidnapping to family members as a ruse to leave town without any family intervention.

Pimentel and her child were found unharmed later in the evening in Nashville. Police say it’s unlikely any charges will be filed.
