( KTRS ) Illinois Secretary of State offices will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Junior’s birthday.

All offices and agency will facilities will re-open for business on Tuesday.

People can also visit the secretary of state’s website to find nearby facilities and hours of operation. They may also change addresses, register to become organ donors or renew license plate stickers online.
