( KTRS ) Gov. Jay Nixon is in St. Louis Monday greeting those attending the 48th annual Midwest U.S.-Japan Association Conference.

The conference will be attended by the Governors of several Midwest states, government officials from Japan and representatives of businesses from both countries.

Japan is Missouri’s fourth-largest trading partner, the country imported $507 million worth of Missouri goods in 2015.
