( KTRS ) A former middle school principal has been arrested in connection with his pregnant girlfriends death.

Authorities say 35 yr old Cornelius Green has been charged with two counts of first degree murder and armed criminal action. He allegedly paid a childhood friend, back in March, to kill 30 yr old Jocelyn Peters. She was a third grade teacher at Mann Elementary School and 7 months pregnant at the time.

The friend, 36 yr old Phillip Cutler, faces similar charges.

Greens is currently being held on a $3 million, cash only bond.
