Florissant, MO  (KTRS)  A longtime north county tradition is underway.

The 55th annual Valley of the Flowers festival kicked off in Florissant on Friday.  This year’s theme is “Wonders Of The World.” The event features a variety of activities, including carnival rides, food, booths, Gardeners of Florissant plant sale, a beer garden, and the Grand Parade.
