(KTRS) – About a dozen demonstrators took part in an open-carry march today in Ferguson.

Sam Andrews, a Eureka gun shop owner, organized the rally. Andrews told the Post-Dispatch that several black residents feared they would be shot if they tried to carry weapons in public.

More members of the media were present at the march than activists and there were no reports of police presence during the march.
