Ferguson, MO (KTRS) The Ferguson City Council is scheduled to vote once again on the proposed agreement with the Department of Justice Tuesday night.
Last month the council approved the consent decree with several amendments. This prompted the DOJ to file a lawsuit against the north county community. Ferguson reconsidered the agreement after the DOJ addressed and clarified cost concerns.
The City Council meeting will be held at the Ferguson Community Center instead of Ferguson City Hall. The meeting will also begin at 6 p.m. instead of 7 p.m.
