( KTRS ) Authorities are investigating the death of a man who seemingly feel from an ATV.

Wednesday afternoon, just before 1pm, police were called to the 13330 block of Bellefontaine Road for a call for a vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering fatal injuries, off of the roadway near an ATV.

The man has been identified as 40 yr old David Summers.

The incident is being investigated by the St. Louis County Police Department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons Unit.
