St. Louis, MO (KTRS) The Rams organization is facing legal action after they were given approval to relocate to Los Angeles.
Four Rams fans filed suit Wednesday alleging the Rams violated Missouri’s Merchandising Practices Act by making false statements in connection with the sale of tickets and goods. The suit lists a several statements made by Stan Kroenke and Rams COO Kevin Demoff and claiming those to be lies.
The lawsuit, filed by Steven Stolze of Holland Law, seeks class-action status. The plaintiffs are Gail Henry, Steve Henry, James Pudlowsi, and Louis Cross III.
The St. Louis Rams Partnership and ITB Football Company LLC are both named in the suit.
