( KTRS ) Two suspicious packages found at a MertroLink station were made to look like bombs, that’s according to police.

The packages were found around 8 pm Saturday night at the MetroLink station in Brentwood.

A bomb and arson squad from the St. Louis County Police Department responded and the packages were removed without incident. Police says they were harmless but made to look like explosive devices as some part of a “hoax”.

An investigation is ongoing.
