SAINT CHARLES, Mo. (AP) – A former Chesterfield police officer has been sentenced to two 60-day terms in jail after pleading guilty to charges relating to online videos he posted of men having anonymous sex with him at his Wentzville home.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1XJBXoV ) reports that 35-year-old David Cerna was sentenced Thursday on two charges of invasion of privacy. Cerna pleaded guilty in October.
When Cerna was charged in 2014, authorities said he admitted to luring men to his home with Craigslist ads in which he acted as a woman wanting anonymous sex.
The two 60-day jail terms will run concurrently with each other and a one-year jail term ordered last month. Cerna also was put on nine years’ probation in St. Louis County.
Cerna was fired from the Chesterfield police department after serving six years there.
