( KTRS ) A man suffering from the early stages of dementia has gone missing from his home.

Police report that 64 yr old Ivory Kelly was last seen at his home on Churchill Drive between the hours of 6-8pm Monday night. Kelly is described as, 6’1″, 160 lbs, with gray hair, brown eyes, and has a light complexion.

He was last seen wearing a red Cardinals hat, red shirt, black sweat pants with a white stripe, and white tennis shoes.
