( KTRS ) The St. Louis County Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing, possibly suicidal, man. Authorities report that 23 yr old Gavin Newman hasn’t been seen in 10 days.

Newman was last seen October 17th at the K-Mart on New Halls Ferry Rd in North County, where he apparently left all his belongings behind.

Gavin Newman, is a black, male, age 23, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 145 lbs, bald head, brown eyes, with patchy hair, missing ears, burn scars on face, chest, and both arms, wearing black or grey and white striped hoodie, white jeans, and black timberland boots.

Police say Newman made suicidal statements prior to disappearing. He also has severe burn scarring completely covering his head, upper body, and arms. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the police.
