St. Louis County, MO  (KTRS)   An Endangered Person Advisory is in effect for a missing man believed to be suicidal.

Police say 23-year-old Gavin Newman was last seen on October 17th at the Florissant K-Mart on North Lindbergh, where he left his belongings. He had made previous suicidal statements prior to his disappearance.

Newman is described as a black, male, age 23, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 145 lbs, bald head, brown eyes, with patchy hair, missing ears, burn scars on face, chest, and both arms, wearing black or grey and white striped hoodie, white jeans, and black timberland boots.
