Washington, D.C.  (KTRS)  A coalition of moms from Missouri and Michigan are in our nations capitol today to voice their concerns about the EPA.

Members from several organizations, including Just Moms STL, held a press conference this morning to address the EPA’s failure to act on what they call serious health threats to communities in Missouri and Michigan.  Their concerns stem from the West Lake Landfill in Bridgeton and the lead tainted water in Flint, Michigan.

Leaders from Just Moms STL are upset with EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy, who they has refused to meet with them for over two years.  Just Moms STL and Flint-based Water You Fighting For plan to request a meeting with McCarthy.
