(KTRS) – The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office is examining the fatal police shooting of Mansur Ball-Bey.
Police say that in August 2015 officers were serving a search warrant at a home when Ball-Bey ran out of the back door of the home. Officers say that Ball-Bey then pointed a gun at them before they shot him. His family disputes the official version of events.
The Post-Dispatch reports that police say that after the circuit attorney’s decision, they will release all information covered under Sunshine Law.
