O’Fallon, IL (KTRS)  The fallout continues due to the lack of a state budget in Illinois.

The Illinois Department of Transportation  plans to begin shutting down state administered construction projects beginning June 30th due to the state budget impasse. Officials with the city of O’Fallon say this will affect numerous projects in that area.

Illinois lawmakers have gone almost a year without agreeing on a budget.
