St. Louis, MO (KTRS) Bi-State Development is facing a civil lawsuit in connection with a man who died after an attack at MetroLink station last year.
The parents of the victim, Jordan Taynor, Molly Clayton and David Taynor filed the suit on Wednesday alleging that the agency failed to provide adequate security. Taylor suffered a head injury in the attack at the Central West End station in March of last year. He died of his injuries two weeks later.
This lawsuit comes on the heels of two recent murders at Metrolink stations.
