(KTRS) – Ballwin Police Chief Kevin Scott said on Monday that officer Mike Flamion is paralyzed from the neck down and is expected to require “extensive long-term care.”

Flamion was shot from behind as he walked back to his car after stopping Antonio Taylor for speeding on New Ballwin Road on July 8th… Flamion’s family is getting help through Backstoppers as well as a go fund me page set up in his name.

Dozens of restaurants in Ballwin are coming together Monday night to help Flamion and his family. The Ballwin Dine Out Night will raise money for the officer.
