( KTRS ) Authorities have issued an endangered person advisory for a missing 18-month-old girl.

Kenadie Lipsey was last seen on the Tuesday November 29th. Police say Kenadie’s father, 26 yr old Kendall Lipsey, told her mother she would never see the child again, and then left with her.

The incident happened in the 1000 block of Adworth Dr, St Louis at 4:20 PM. Kenadie was wearing a pink coat over blue and white Tinkerbell pajamas.

Kendall Lipsey is the girls non-custodial father and there is a currently a ‘temporary order of protection’ in place against him. He is described as a black male, hgt 6’1″, 130 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion, wearing a gray jacket over a blue t-shirt, dark gray sweatpants, and gray and white Nikes.
