St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  The suspect accused of shooting a Cardinals’ fan last year near Busch Stadium is scheduled to make an appearance in federal court today.

Court officials say Kilwa Jones is expected to change his plea. Initially Jones pleaded not guilty to charges related to the violent street robbery of Christopher Sanna and his girlfriend.

Sanna was left paralyzed after allegedly being shot by Jones.

Jones’ court hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
