(KTRS) – Police issued a child abduction alert after a fatal shooting of an eight-month-old boy in St. Louis Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators believe that Diata Crockett shot the child during a domestic dispute with the boy’s mother. Police believe he has two of his other kids in a car with him. He was driving a black 2014 Hyundai Sonata with Illinois plates V-4-4-6-9-5-2.

The children believed to be in the car are 3-year-old Blase Crockett and 2-year-old Rycker Crockett. Anyone with information should dial 911.
