( KTRS ) A mother and son, apparently abducted, have been found safe in Nashville, Tennessee.

Earlier in the day police received a report of an abduction from the 10,000 block of Cloverdale Ave, in North County. The family of 23 yr old Diana Berrios-Pimentel and 1 yr old Dyland Rosa called police after receiving text messages saying Diana had been abducted, several other texts were sent with demands.

SGT Brian schellman says Berrios-Pimentel and 1 yr old Dyland were found in Nashville, and that Berrios-Pimentel told detectives there, that she sent the text messages so that her family “wouldn’t intervene while she was trying to leave”

No charges are likely to be filed.
