ST. LOUIS (KTRS) St. Louis police are investigating the case of a woman who was struck by a bullet while she was at the Cardinals game at Busch Stadium Tuesday night. Police say the woman told them she was at her seat inside the stadium when she felt pain to her arm and after removing her jacket, noticed a small abrasion above her elbow. The victim went to a first aid station. Police found a bullet slug that was located in the immediate area around the victim’s seat. It appears the bullet came from outside the stadium, however the investigation is ongoing.
St. Louis police say this further amplifies their message of encouraging “Fun Without Guns.” The department says it constantly stresses the importance of safety and responsible gun ownership.
