St. Louis, MO (KTRS)  A ruling from a district judge is impacting Rams fans who bought personal seat licences in St. Louis.
District Judge Judge Stephen Limbaugh Jr. ruled on Wednesday that fans who bought their PSLs through the Rams will be allowed to buy season tickets for the games in Los Angeles. Those who bought through Fans Inc. will be given back some amount for their deposits.

Limbaugh will make a ruling on how much of a deposit refund fans will get at a later date.

This comes after lawsuits were filed on behalf of PSL holders in St. Louis when the Rams moved to Los Angeles.
