(KTRS) – Members of the Penrose neighborhood in north St. Louis are looking for answers after a store owner was shot in the cheek.

Police say the shooting happened at 8:30 Thursday morning at Sam’s St. Louis Packing Company on Shreve. Investigators believe the shooting may have been part of an ongoing dispute, but no arrests have been made.

Police say the victim’s injuries could be life-threatening.
