St. Louis, MO (KTRS) A prominent St. Louisian has died.
The “St. Louis Post Dispatch” reports that Gertrude “Trudy” Busch passed away on Wednesday. She was the third wife of the late beer giant August Busch.
Seven years ago Busch was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. She was 89.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the chapel at Mercy Center, 2039 North Geyer Road in Frontenac. The family plans to scatter her ashes between the Big House at Grant’s Farm and the St. Hubert’s Chapel.
