( KTRS ) Authorities have filed child abduction charges against a Collinsville man after he failed to return his daughter to her mother.

24 yr old Tchaka Spiller, is accused of taking 2 yr old Khalia Harper, without her mother’s consent.

The Collinsville Police Department have reportedly reached out to Spiller to return his daughter, but said he was uncooperative. The 2 yr old was eventually recovered and returned safely, but now authorities are asking for the public’s help to catch Spiller.

Investigators say Spiller drives a 2004 black Hyundai Sonata with Illinois license plate reading Z35-2747.
