Mizzou wrestling sensation, and recent Olympic qualifier, J’Den Cox, will be appearing Thursday night with Jim Heuer and Brendan Wiese on the Big Sports Show.
Cox rolled through the World Games Qualifying Tournament over the weekend, capturing a first place finish in the 86-kilogram weight class. It secures Cox a spot in the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympic Games. It’s the latest achievement in what’s already been a decorated career for the Mizzou junior. Cox has already garnered two NCAA National titles, and been named an All-American in each of his three seasons on campus. He now joins the likes of Ben Askren as University of Missouri Tigers to appear in the Olympics.
On Thursday night in the 8pm hour, Cox will discuss his incredible success with Heuer and Wiese on the Big Sports Show, on your home for Mizzou sports in St. Louis, the Big 550 KTRS!
