(KTRS) – The man connected to five murders in Kansas and Missouri is in the hospital this afternoon.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department says that Pablo Serrano-Vitorino is now on suicide watch. Investigators found Serrano today after he cut himself with a safety razor. Earlier this week authorities found Serrano in a ditch near a highway in Montgomery County.
Prosecutors charged him for the murder of Randy Nordman in Missouri, but he is also suspected in the murder of four men in Kansas. Attorney General Chris Koster says he want Serrano to face trial in Missouri.
