Belleville, MO  (KTRS)  The rain is to blame for canceling the Santa Parade in Belleville today.

However, Santa Clause will still arrive in Belleville and visit with children at Santa’s House starting at 1 p.m.  The Sing-A-Long and “lighting of the fountain” will also still go on as scheduled, but from inside the white tent on the south side of the square.  Those events are planned for 6 p.m.

Santa Claus will offer another visit with children from at his house from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
