(KTRS) – A St. Louis jury has awarded $5.2 million in a lawsuit filed over a fatal tent collapse at a sports bar near Busch Stadium.

The Post-Dispatch reports that the family of Alfred Goodman, will get $2.4 million. Goodman was killed when 50 mile-an-hour wind gusts knocked over a tent that was next to Kilroy’s Sports Bar in 2012. Seven other patrons who were injured in the collapse will split $2.8 million. One of the women who was critically injured suffered a broken neck and had her left breast torn from her body.

Attorneys for the bar owners said they have only 30 seconds of warning before the storm hit the tent.
