( KTRS ) The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle accident in Jefferson County.

Authorities report that 30 yr old Harold Frick died Sunday evening after crashing on Southbound I-55 in Arnold. Troopers say Frick was attempting to over take another vehicle on the narrow left shoulder, when lost control, went off the road and crashed in to a median cable barrier.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
