( KTRS ) A 20 yr old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in June.

St. Louis County Police spokeswoman Schron Jackson reports that Rashid Williams is facing several charges including 1st Degree Murder.

On June 28th, officers responded to a call for a “shooting” in the 6000 block of Suburban Ave, in the West End area.Upon arrival police found 20 yr old Cartez Johnson, lifeless inside a vehicle, with multiple gunshot wounds to his face, neck, hip and lower legs. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.  A second victim, found a few blocks away, after fleeing the scene and was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Williams’ bond has been set at $1 million, cash only.
