DALLAS (AP) – Dallas police say three people are in custody in the shootings of 11 officers. Four officers were killed.

Police Chief David Brown says a fourth person is in a parking garage, exchanging gunfire with officers. He says the three in custody are not cooperating with police.

Brown says the snipers fired from elevated positions in downtown Dallas “ambush style” at the end of a police protest.
