TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) – “It’s going to impact most of the state in some way.”
That’s what Florida Gov. Rick Scott is saying about Tropical Storm Colin, which is on its way to strike the state today.
Colin’s maximum sustained winds were last tracked at close to 40 mph, and the storm is expected to approach the coast of the Florida Big Bend area this afternoon or evening.
Eastern Georgia and the coastal areas of the Carolinas are also expected to get rain through Tuesday.
