We’re big fans of CBS Sunday Morning here at The Carney Show, and after watching their food issue, we had to track down Paul Freedman, the author of the new book “The 10 Restaurants That Changed America”. Freedman, a food enthusiast, who oddly enough moonlights as a Medieval History professor at Yale by day(?!), picked 10 restaurants from America’s history (and some are still around today), that shaped the brick-and-mortar landscape of America restaurants that we have today…..and the two he left off – French Laundry in Napa (John’s been there), and Alinea in Chicago (News Director Colin Jeffrey has been there)….listen to the full interview, to see if you’ve eaten at, or remember any of the 10 Restaurants that Changed America!
