Lawsuit: Maplewood’s court high fees violate rights
MAPLEWOOD, Mo. (AP) – A class-action lawsuit has been filed saying the city of Maplewood violates the U.S. Constitution by requiring defendants to pay cash to recall their arrest warrants.
