ST. LOUIS (KTRS) St. Louis Police say the suspect in Sunday night’s fatal shooting at Balpark Village – Scotty Joseph Lee – has turned himself in. On Twitter Wednesday morning, police confirmed he turned himself in to the homicide division at police headquarters downtown. A warrant charging him with first-degree murder, assault and two armed criminal action counts was filed for him yesterday. His attorney accompanied him. He’s being held without bond.
Police say several hundred people were on the rooftop level of the Budweiser Brew House at Ballpark Village Sunday night, when Lee and another man got in a shoving match. Corey Hall, 38 from Spanish Lake, was a bystander. He was killed when gunfire erupted. Another man was wounded.
